David, Vanessa, and their daughter Harriet, came to Bas Etang last week. They combined their first visit here with a day at Futuroscope. We hadn't seen them for nearly two years, and the reunion was very welcome.

Yes indeed - and, despite a hectic intervening week, there has been no fading of the very happy memory we have of that visit. Your hospitality was fantastic, with every comfort imaginable, and Amanda's cuisine can only be described as (to borrow Michael Winner's phrase) "historic"!
What a lovely place you have there, even if you do fall into the river occasionally!
