I've retired to Lavausseau in the Vienne with my wife, Amanda. We are adapting to the French way of life with enthusiasm, but occasionally get caught out by the local quirks and customs.
This Blog looks better, and is more reliable, in Firefox.
I know it is difficult to see right in the middle of the picture, but we had a visitor today - a hare. It was quite oblivious of me, until spotting me as soon as I clicked the camera.
