BABY Arla Lewis has been watched 1.1million times on TikTok — by fans who love her sticking-up hair. ‘It doesn’t stay down at all,’ mum Aliyah, 22, said. ‘I’ve tried brushing it and nothing happens. When it’s wet it goes down, then two minutes after the bath it’s straight back up.’ Aliyah (pictured with Arla), of Barry Island, south Wales, said of her ten-week-old: ‘It’s almost like her own little personality. I hope it stays that way.’
