I've retired to Lavausseau in the Vienne with my wife, Amanda. We are adapting to the French way of life with enthusiasm, but occasionally get caught out by the local quirks and customs.

As happy as it can get?
I guess that when you are this fat, it is difficult to look too happy. But I think this chap is doing his best.
